The mail I was getting is negotiations without Cummins have been going on for a while and are ongoing

The wa govt don’t need to own a share it’s just for the perception that the bid has links to Perth

Cummins isn’t making any friends at the arlc by crying poor about his bid or comparing to the dolphins
