The bears aren't that exciting a brand. Their famous for going 80 years without making a grand final let alone winning a comp. And for having the ugliest line up of the 1990s. And for going out the back door and then hanging around that back door like a groupie trying to get back in.

I'm not afraid of mentioning that wretched sport, we are both the more dominant sports in Australia, there is always going to be overlap in comparisons between the comps, whether it expansion or broadcast deals, etc.
You Karening on about a lack of brand recognition, yet you know so much about the Bears already that would say that they are famous enough to be used in some form, it's why PVL is eager to use them, I'm all for Perth to grab a licence, but they aren't ready, probably won't be for a while, any help that they could get, like that brand recognition, and access to those reserve graders, can only strengthen them
