Ns fc are a nswrl club the one that got kicked out of the nrl. They own the logo colours and history of the bears

But a norths fan trademarked a few potential nrl team names is Perth bears, western bears etc

He happily gave up that trademark to Cummins to use for his bid (western bears)

He still has the trademark to Perth bears and a few other potential names which I forget
