Like I said I dont believe one way or another on this issue as there is no evidence. And TBH you are hardly a credible source for anything lol
You think politicians are giving you all the info of stuff that’s happening behind the scenes before an election ?

You think Pvl isn’t talking to the libs in case cookie loses ?

I would hope he is, what response he is getting neither you nor I know. And that's the point, not that you're wrong, just that there is no evidence either way at this time. Stating something as a fact when its little more than hear say is so you.

Here’s something I maybe made up or not, you decide :

ARL Commission have had informal discussions with WA Coalition (LNP) to get their stance on it. Looks like they are equally committed to the funding of junior pathways, rugby league development and infrastructure but not necessarily committed to stadium upgrades or the potential funding of an NRL clubs offices/HQ temporary facilities or otherwise.

If he gets 100 likes he'll tell us the election result right now.

And unless it came from someone in NRL or in the Lib party its hear say. Might be right, might be wrong. I wouldnt be surprised at all if its right, this is a labor premiers pet project, its hardly going to curry favour with the opposition.

But pointless discussion. the Libs are rabble with no clear leadership. they are squabbling with their partners the Nationals and Cook isnt so on the nose yet the swing would be that big. It would take an absolute massive upset or major issue to arise in the next 4 weeks (like if we had major electricity issues in the heatwave again on a much larger scale than currently) to oust Labor at this point. Cook will in all likelihood get back in and hopefully we can get moving.

I wouldn't be surprised to see the MOU signed before the election so he can at least announce the HBF Park upgrade, that would be a major pre election commitment he could spruik.

State election neither party wants to talk much about rugby league esp your mate cookie

He doesn’t want to have a bar of announcing anything for rugby league

Not like the liberals are any chance of winning anyway

I'd say he be very keen to announce the HBF park upgrade. He's announced big projects for motorsport and Basketball. Why not RL?

Not to upset fumblers and the nimby vote pre election

Red bear literally said this was the reason

You should ask him to release his whole post to judge what’s going on

Tbh I had to read it a few times to get it all there’s a lot of moving parts

As @centycoast has said labor are 1.05 and liberals in double figures

I think you are right, I think they where spun along with no intention of allowing a WA group to own the club. Why that would be we shall have to see.
why would they spin? why have beattie fly there twice, so he can have a local west aussie abalone for lunch? i thinks all intents were for west aussie consortium to get up but then cumins forgot how to use a phone or computer to communicate with the very man who runs the competition and business he wanted to enter. lol

then theres cumins getting scum bags are investors. then there's the fact he put 0 license fee then lied as said it wasnt ask but then back tracked and said arlc asked for it twice. lol

theres ya answer cob. he did it to himself well as peoples said freshwater probably gave him all this bad advice.

You think $215mill for a racetrack in the city was a popular vote winner lol? At least HBF park is benefitting a much wider audience base.

If you peanuts think that an NRL team is an election issue than you're lost causes.

WA liberals have got about as much chance of winning this election as the bears had of winning the premiership 1924-2001.
