Not this time due to ill health.

I hope to be at the Origin and the Dolphins game. Health willing.
I hope your feeling better.
A bit rough having a go at someone who did go though. I don't think the crowd had anything to do with the expansion bid. There was bugger all promotion around it this year, did you notice the same?

I think the NRL has had enough of being dicked around mate.
Deliberately sabotaging an event that the NRL held for you just about takes the cake.
Not only does that shit crowd make a Perth team look unsustainable but probably bring future double headers and events into question.
Wouldn't be hard to forget about WA completely.

You might still get a team but we've established, you don't deserve one.
Meanwhile the attitude from Bears fans was to keep turning up and get up to Gosford.

All antagonistic posting aside, sorry to hear. Was two ok games, second halfs much better than the first. Best section was lower tier for atmosphere. Cowboys fans created some noise. Weather was glorious for it. Saw a couple of Willagee jerseys, did wonder if one of them was you lol.

yeh it seemed much lower key promotion than the last double header. Maybe as the media was being dominated by the expansion news? They also had a few reduced price sales of tickets this time which I dont remember them doing before. Did the NRLWA suspend the local games on Saturday so NRLWA club players could go?

Oh we changed the reply did we?
My point is I didn't see a single Norths supporter say anywhere they intended on boycotting, the attitude was vastly different from deciding to spit the dummy and not bother turning up.

Also I was there, people were spread out across the whole west concourse and a couple of sections open in the upper deck. Numbers were pretty on par with Bears' NSW Cup attendance, even considering they're playing an hour away from where they normally play. Every NSW Cup side not named Bears or Jets usually only draw in the dozens.

er because one was a game where NS fans could go see their club play.
The other was a game where WA fans were asked to pay and go watch some clubs they dont support play. No difference what so ever lol. Again 310 fans v 31,000 fans, and somehow WA is the problem? lol
Maybe if 12k NS Bears fans had turned up the NRL might have got even more interested in a Western Bears club?

Central Coast may have been an option. But they'll need to go to Perth to draw a crowd.

Welcome to Lu folks

Where comparing the crowd of a nsw cup game with an nrl double header is a thing
oh I thought it was about fans making a statement of how much they wanted a club, at least that is what Wb was insinuating. If NS fans are so desperate to get the Bears back turning up in their thousands, rather than hundreds, would have sent Vlad a pretty strong message wouldnt it?

Last time Perth had a team the crowds dwindled down to 6 or 7k.. then were folded.

Having Origins and one off double headers aren't anything to go by.
We get bigger crowds on the other side of the planet.

Central Coast has a record of sustaining decent attendance.

No I was pointing out the difference that none of them were talking about boycotting.

Also I got the joke that 310 is just your number you pulled out to shave 0’s off the double header.
