For every " ex shark player" and every "ex international" that you both cite as very loose, very flimsy sources guys, that say " peachey is rubbish and used up" or that say" simmons is rubbish and has got nothing", I can just as flimsily say that I know plenty of "ex-sharks players" and "ex internationals" ....infact, fug it, add "Current sharks and international players" to that mix, that have offered up their opinion that Peachey is what is holding the sharks together into some semblance of a football team this year, and that Simmons is one of the most talented young athletes and outside backs in the game.
I just think that the entire debate has done more rotations than a peach kick return, and reading it again is about as exciting as a Simmons kick return.
it's old ground and the same old argument, claims, counter claims, but it's nothing more than your own opinions which is fine, no amount of " ask people at the ground" " ask the ex kangaroo coach, ask etc etc what they think is going to add any weight to either arguement or sway the other from their very staunch opinion.
I just hope that both sides of the debate are sharks fans enough and not too proud to actually hope they are both wrong deep down, and that peachey and Simmons find some great form over the next few weeks and turn things around to give us a fighting chance in the semis.
