Saying Tui Lolohea wasnt a fullback when he was the in form fullback for us takes a lot of kahunas. Copped a bit of flak for that but I later silenced everyone and later on, everyone was saying the same thing lol.

Kodi coming to us aint no big prediction as that was rumoured through inside sources. Predicting at the start of the season, now thats my level.

If you remember last weeks game, our biggest weakness was our last tackle play, which is normally a kick. Our "halves" had bad kicking games. We need a half like Kodi, not that he's a great kicker but anyway..

CHT can build upon the experiences he's had at the top level. If he's good enough to come back, we'll be hearing from the other posters on here that watch the reserve grade. I wouldn't count him out yet.

At the START of this season I predicted we would be placed 10th at the end of round 6 in Richs first comp of the year. Guess where we are placed at the end of round 6? 10th! I'm currently leading that comp. Follow the link below, as I always bring proof.

I'm probably the person most excited by the Nikorima signing.
He's no SJ and isn't a direct replacement. Like I said Lance Hohaia MK2. International player whose versatile, coming into the best years of his career. Able to play in a position that we have either rookies Keighran/CHT, or players who are at the back end of the careers in Green/Luke and and Roache who has a terrible injury record. All in all, he plays in positions that yes, we may have quantity, but you KNOW we need halves when you have Harris as a halfback...

I'll gladly have egg on my face if this signing doesn't improve us in the slightest.

Nah I'm excited about Kodi as well but I can't help but feel this whole halves dilemma hasn't fixed shit because our problem with our pack is going on 4 years now and thats why it might be hard to see the best of Kodi or any half for that matter.

I'd agree with this. Lilyman, Rapira, Matulino, Packer, 4 prop rotation was the last time we looked solid in the forwards and with Mannering in his prime years
