Show some respect for one of the games greats! Wayne Pearce is a legend.

Who was that senile old prick that always smelled of stale piss that was a Balmain fan? Laurie someone? now that was a real waste of life.
Another Balmain legend was that druggie loser that ended up in prison in Thailand, another Balmain loser to be proud of.

Respect for what? A club thats dead, there is no Balmain club in the NRL anymore. But there is a Warriors club in the NRL.

Again, I ask - would you like us to ban him for having an opinion?

And where do we draw the line?

Yes where is the line? Can we make fun of the Jews that died at the hands of the Nazi's? Why not make a poll, question A, was Hitler a loser for not killing more Jews? B, Was Hitler a hero for his attempt at killing the Jews off?

Seriously, if you can't see this bloke for what he is and what he is saying then perhapes you and your friends shouldn't be moderating on this forum?

You are the last person that should be calling for anything to be deleted. And you have no place at all taking the moral high ground.

Nice attempt at dodging the issue.

So, where is the line you talk about? What can and can't be said? Obviously making comment on an Australian cricketer cheating is a dead set no go dispite video evidence to support that claim (i take it this what you are referring to?)
But having a crack at people raising money for a family grieving for there dead son is ok?
Over to you for your rebuttal.

Mate...that is poor and way over the line.

Check yourself....seriously...its all well and good to want that merkin banned because he is a serial pest and an idiot...but to be honest...what you've just done is worse...way worse...I don't care if it was to just prove a point...its wrong, immoral and extremely bad taste. I suggest removing it...IMMEDIATELY...

Ouch, very low.

Save the Children is being d!ck but all he/she is really saying that Sony Fai has been made out to be a hero by the press. Which he has been, just like when any other celebrity dies has been. They are just expressing their opinion using poor taste. Nothing like what you posted.

Just in case people missed it - Tom Shines was attempting to tease my younger brother who was killed in a car accident.

I won't quote it, because it's against the forum rules, but that's the sort of person you are siding with.

I don't really see why some people are so upset.

I pointed out that it is poor form for the very distasteful and unheroic club -> the super league warriors to attach themselves to someone who died a "glorious death".

It is a shame that Sonny died, along with everyone else who dies before their time. He only played a couple of games anyway.
