Who are the footballers that used to hang around with AJ?
Played like he had 2 feet out the door? Gee I would’ve thought the love you guys showed him, after we laid insult after insult on his family, would’ve counted for something, right?100%. Did you watch Stef last year?
Stefano is a merceany always has and always will be.Played like he had 2 feet out the door? Gee I would’ve thought the love you guys showed him, after we laid insult after insult on his family, would’ve counted for something, right?
No the reason he left us was because @Tiger5150 loved him more and we were bad people.Stefano is a merceany always has and always will be.
I have no problem with the club letting him go.
He didn't earn the money he would have wanted for 2021 and we would have been paying overs on potential similar to Blaize Talagi.
Now he might kill it in Melbourne but i still believe we made the right call not to out-bid the tigers because where has it got them. An over-paid & over-hyped front rower that they won 3 x spoons in 4 years with.
I don't think Ryles will be a big fan of Carty or Lane.I forgot about Cartwright.
I think Lane has plenty still to offer, but as a middle, where his defensive deficiencies are easier to cover for.
I agree with you wholeheartedly - I would love to have a Nathan Hindmarsh clone in the second row.
I think Tuilagi, Cartwright, and Doorey offer plenty with the ball, but are poor/average defenders, and they don't offer what we need.
Maybe Guymer could take one of the spots?
Keir went ok in his foray into First Grade, but at 26, he's a risk.
I think he will start with Hopgood, Williams and Guymer.
Good solid signing. Has been more of a middle of late. Smaller faster middle with good defence just like we needed.Lol, I forgot we even signed this bloke.
So much said about Gutho/Talagi/Addo-Carr/Brailey that not much has been said about him.
DemandMay's extension with the Roosters was for under $500k/ yr.
What reason would there be to pay more than that?
I think with the way game is headed and our current balance of squad, he’ll only get chance this year if 3-4 guys are out. So he’ll have to have a hell of a season in reserves to warrant recontracting. I think BAs somewhat cookie cutter approach, even if well intended, sold Greig short. With Paulo/RCG in their primes, Greig coming off bench for 10 minutes at 1000% intensity, could’ve been big for us. Not saying it would’ve change 22 result but I think it would’ve given Paulo/RCG more confidence in not being as energy conservativeWhats the opinion on Emu? It's pretty much his last year if he doesn't get a stable spot.
You would like to think so but Stef obviously wasnt taught character in his formative years and we couldnt do anything about that once he left Parra.Played like he had 2 feet out the door? Gee I would’ve thought the love you guys showed him, after we laid insult after insult on his family, would’ve counted for something, right?
ITs how great and powerful clubs are rebuilt from the ground up.No the reason he left us was because @Tiger5150 loved him more and we were bad people.
It’s ok though because May’s desire to play for Tigers fit in well with Captain Korisau’s, who also they will definitely would never discard like how we so callously discarded Gutho
The option our favour is a smart move.
He’s a good playerLol, I forgot we even signed this bloke.

Will have to see how he goes under the Ryles regime. Would love to see him go up a gear.Whats the opinion on Emu? It's pretty much his last year if he doesn't get a stable spot.
