Dont get me wrong, i like his personality, his footy brain, his knowledge and ability .... but i just dont know if he would be a fulltime coach .... its a tough gig .... he is the ideal origin coach though

BA should be commended for taking us out of the shit and holding the place together and I agree with plenty on here who have said on other threads that it is once again a place where players are attracted to join. When I look at the Tigers I see us a few years ago and do not want to go back there ever again.

If BA was solely responsible id suggest the AFL merkin would still be in charge and we would not have initiated our R, R&Negotiation committee. MON, The Administrators mate and The Board must be pulling the strings or else whats the point of having them.
Get it done team. Lets get BA support good enough to take his job.
We have the players. Lets finish the jigsaw.

Arthur's two year win percentage has never fallen below 40%, though it's been below 45% a few times:

2014-15: 44%
2015-16: 46%
2016-17: 58%
2017-18: 44%
2018-19: 42%
2019-20: 64%

Killing it over the current two year period, though 2020 is still going. Let's sack him before things get worse.

BA not reporting to MON is separation of skills. You don’t hire a head coach because he’s great at negotiating salaries, nor do you hire whatever MON is because he can coach. It allows each of them to focus on their job and work together rather than one working for the other.
If BA was still solely responsible then yes AFL merkin may still be here. That’s exactly why MON was brought in! The board admitted at the time that BA had taken on too much. Not because he was power hungry, he just didn’t want to say no to his bosses. Does anyone?
The fact it went one season and BA pretty much admitted to it makes the theory he doesn’t want to bring in assistants that could outshine him as laughable
