Hi new people!
The old forum was alrite kinda have to get to know the right people ( aka stace) This forum is alright too cept its wayyy bigger than the old knights one and there are heaps of people.

I'm Chris (no, my login name has nothing to do with Chris Walker) and I'm a 21 year old writer (published now too!) from Newcastle.

My profile says I joined in October 2003, but really, I only started posting in the Newie forum about a year ago. Before that I was just here to post in the International forum. I don't remember a lot of my first few weeks here. Andy hated me, and I talked to astro and northey a lot.

Ian I think you'll find that this thread was started because the observation was made that some new people don't feel welcome. I think we come across a bit clique-y here.
