I can't pick whether they are playing really well, Skins are rusty as all hell or a bit of both.

Yep. Disgusting call, it's as clear as day thrown forward, Kerrigan actually knocks it down a yard in front of where it was thrown. Thankfully it does not appear as if it will matter

The redskins, defensively and offensively have looked pretty ordinary. They don't know how to stop the Eagles offense.
