People have been complaining about refs both weeks we played in the finals this year. As i've said before, IF we're good enough we'll come through.Hurriflatch said:Parra will lose if Hampstead or Clark are the refs, just can't win under them

Telstra Dome, Sunday 4pm
Here's a game that has the potential to raise the roof of Melbourne's Telstra Dome.
The competition's two best attacking teams with the Melbourne Storm's efficiency and ruthless execution versus the razzle dazzle brilliance of the Parramatta Eels.
Some of the individual match-ups are mouthwatering.
At the back, two of the best broken field runners in football today - Billy Slater up against Jarryd Hayne.
In the centres, the world's best centre Timana Tahu against the young man who will be king, Israel Folau.
Cronk v Smith, Cameron Smith v Mark Riddell are another two with stars right across the park like Inglis, Hindmarsh, Mateo, Inu, Turner, Hoffman, Moimoi. The list goes on.
These two sides have had contrasting runs leading into this match, which I'm sure will be spoken about both in preview and review.
If the Storm are victorious, many will point to their freshness having had a week off, while the Eels had to endure tough, grinding matches on the road against the very physical Warriors and the rugged Bulldogs.
If the Eels progress to the grand final, we will point to how Parramatta's tough run in had them very much battle-hardened and prepared for anything Melbourne threw at them.
By contrast, we will point to the fact that the Storm scored two big wins over the Gold Coast and then the Broncos before Parramatta honed their game in a high pressure environment.
The forward battle will be enthralling. Parramatta's pack are explosive and skilful while Melbourne's forwards are a perfectly cohesive unit who opt for efficiency over emotion.
For Melbourne, Cooper Cronk and Cameron Smith hold the key, and for the Eels Riddell's work out of dummy half is vital - and they rely on Feleti Mateo to spark them off the bench.
I get the feeling in this one it may be a little piece of genius from a Slater, Inglis, Folau, Inu, Tahu or Hayne which gets their respective side to the grand final.

They will be mentally and physically drained after defeating the Doggies...they put all their energies into one game...and they needed to do this to beat the BULLDOGS!!
Ha Ha Ha!!!
Good luck Storm....you deserve to win this yr's premiership.

You'll lose after being ahead at half-time and 10 minutes to go. That's also called choking.join the bandwagon said:Parramatta did not break a sweat against the Choke-Dogs. We did it easy. As we will do it easy on Sunday.
Atleast Parramatta can not be considered Chokers this season as if, and thats a big IF, we lose to Melbourne, we would have lossed to the competition favourites!
