I think that's what Richo was alluding to, maybe not the length of contracts but not giving contracts to people who are not all in.
It sounds like you, me and every other supporter are fed up with crap signings.
In fairness, it's not Richo's roster and he's cleaned out a lot of deadwood, players and administrators.

Hopefully this bloke lives, or will spend almost all his time in the Campbelltown area, rather than the Balmain / Ryde / Eastwood area. That job title scares the shit out of me. What happened to the days of a job title that actually reflects the work you do. Community Liaison Officer / Sponsorship Manager, is what the bloke is. It won't be long until they have a diversity and inclusion officer, if they don't already.

Yeh, what a load of croc.
In fact I could if I had the energy and the resources I'd put together a highlight reel showing Stef walking, missing tackles and being bullied in the middle....not to mention the times he's sat on his butt out injured.
Whilst I've been going on in the past about the need to keep this bloke based on potential, he certainly hasn't produced anywhere near his pay packet and as Richo said, our offer was too much considering it all.
Look at big red, whilst he's not the most gifted player, he put in 100% every game and scored some tries through effort.
I've seen him turn and chase, after already doing the hard stuff, a player who intercepted the pass when even the wingers gave up...... and he's on a budget contract.
