We're perpetually rebuilding.
At the end of Round 13 last year, the Tigers were in top 8 and had 7 wins
This year we have scored 40 less points and conceded 10 less points.
The only reason the club turned to shit last year was because of the white-anting of Potter
The week the shit hit the fan, the Tigers had come off a 46-18 flogging of the Bulldogs and were 9th on the ladder and still a good chance to make the finals
After the Tallis/Farah/Potter/Mayer bullshit kicked off the club had 6 straight losses, scoring 50 points and conceding 225 points.
This year with an extra years experience, the club has regressed under Taylor.
For all his talk about improving the defence he has literally improved nothing but has wrecked the attack.
The club will end up with a better record by seasons end, as Taylor will not suffer the public white anting bullshit that pitted coach against captain while the CEO sat on his hands and did f**king nothing but fan the flames with his own incompetence.
Truth is, the club was improving under Potter.
It isn't improving anymore.
Exactly and I for one was enjoying the football we were playing under Potter at the start of 2014 far more than I'm enjoying the football currently being played under Taylor. We all get excited during the off season that the footy is coming back soon and then it starts and it's just ordinary. I can't believe how much interest I've lost in the footy this year. I have absolutely no desire to attend a game anytime soon and definitely not interested in any type of membership next year.At the end of Round 13 last year, the Tigers were in top 8 and had 7 wins

In the clubs entire history win lose or draw , I knew mostly on any given day if the team did their best we were capable of a win . I would also live with a defeat watching something special from a player or something positive to build my confidence in the future. We had Benji , Tnt , Dwyer , Kori at least provide us with something memorable , even Brooks last year along with Teddy gave me something to be happy about , and our forwards with Kapoow and Gavet smashing the premiership big guns..
Now NOTHING! Absolutely NOTHING about this side gives me pleasure or optimism anymore , anything and everything positive about the team and club has been destroyed and all the negatives are alive BIGGER THAN EVER!
Honestly I watch on tv out of curiosity these days as my enthusiasm to put much more effort in has longtime
So basically I just wouldn't have a clue when or who this shithouse side will have a win over next?
How can he motivate his players to turn up when he doesn't care if we lose, so long as we stick to the tackles better.
Its the sort of line you stopped hearing from a coach once you left the under 9's
Amen to that !!! I feel the exact same way
Farah's main priority is origin & for all his experience he wouldn't have got us home last nite when leading by 1 pt as he would've taken the wrong options as he has on numerous occasions in the past.
Wests Tigers coach Jason Taylor says his side aren't up to NRL standard at times

Wests Tigers coach Jason Taylor says some of his team's efforts are not up to NRL standards as he hit out at their "soft" defence as they slumped to their fourth consecutive NRL defeat.
Taylor watched on as the Tigers trailed 19-2 against the Gold Coast Titans before rallying in the second half to snatch a one-point lead. Their joy was short-lived, however, with the Titans scoring to steal the game back via an Anthony Don try to win 27-20.
"Very disappointing performance," Taylor said. "It's probably a continuation of where we are at. That is some really good patches, some patches that aren't good enough. The boys fought hard, they fought hard to get back into it and fought hard for a lot of the night. We just have lapses that aren't of NRL standard. The tries that were conceded were soft and that's really disappointing with how hard we are working on that area."
Taylor has focused on the Tigers' defence and consistency since taking control of the club this season. He has done so with a young squad, which included two more debutants in Nathan Milone and Manaia Cherrington.
"We identified consistency as an area we want to improve" Taylor said. "We're still working. We did well enough, we played enough good footy to win a game.
"It's up and down. We are understanding it better and the guys realise what's required but it's a matter of getting it done for 80 minutes. We're working really hard and then we stop.
"As a team we are looking to improve on what we did last season. When you look at it defence is the area that as a team we were last last season. We want to improve on that area.
"We've had four losses. The pain I felt in the first two losses was we are miles away. The pain the last two weeks is we aren't as far away but we still have a way to go. We are moving in that right direction. We played some good footy in the games that we won."
Titans coach Neil Henry said his side did well to fight back against a hostile Leichhardt Oval crowd.
"Always enjoy a win," Henry said. "The way the game panned out it was a bit of relief. They had a lot of momentum and the crowd starting to cheer. Very proud of the effort."
Henry was bemused when he watched Aidan Sezer kick an early second half field goal to extend his team's lead to 17. The field goal started the Tigers' onslaught in which they would go on to score three tries in 12 minutes to snatch the lead.
Henry claimed Sezer had misread the scores when he kicked the goal.
"Aidan looked at the scoreboard and forgot the two points," Henry said. "He was hoping to kick them out. in the end it ended up being seven points and made it difficult for them."

Sad isnt it? Lots of problems and not much in the way of solutions at present. Most of the up and coming crop I dont see making the grade no matter how much time we give them- just not the talent and skills.
