Of course not. There is always going to be one set of satisfied customers every year and this year it was Tigers. *sigh*

Tend to agree with you on this. The first I can remember where the Premiers lost 10 games or more and went on to win the premiership.

Overall, the results were good for the game but the quality and standard was mediocre at best.

I enjoyed 2003 much more than 2005.

Definitely been one of those seasons that did not follow the script. More seasons like this can only be great for the game.

-We made the World Cup

-New Zeland won Tri Nations

-England won the Ashes

-Kostya lost his world title

-Wests Tigers won the Premiership...

-Wallabies losing Rugby Union so bad

-Swannies winning the AFL

I thoroughly enjoyed the football this year and I don't follow Wests Tigers.

Queensland losing the Origin after game 1 was a bit tough though.

NZ winning the Tri-Nations was a fantastic result for rugby league in general.
