So far today I have eaten.....

Two toasted ham and cheese sandwiches

A big serve of beer battered chips

A huge bowl of pasta shells with carbonara sauce and mushrooms

A lemon pepper coated chicken maryland

And I'm still starving!

I've gone from 102.1 kg to 93.9 kg in the last few months but it's all gone up in smoke today.
