My diabetes doctor sent me to a crazy dietition. It's only 3 days to detox. I'll see what happens. I put on 8kg since hurting my back. I feel like i weigh 130kg.

Well yeah that's the entire issue. It's easier to stay motivated if you don't hate your diet. Most people aren't discipline masters

the missus has me and her on the michelle bridges 12 week challenge diet
i dont recon ive ever eaten this well in terms of taste

health wise its easily the best ive eaten. Could not speak more highly about her diets. Tasty, fresh and flavoursome recipes

I suspect that comes with the territory of actually planning what you eat. Winging it tends to result in half-arsed meals or take away far too often
