It was going to take something monumental to stop Herbie leaving due his and his uncle's great relationship with Wayne. If anything, on our end, we should have thrown Cobbo's money at Herbie to try to sway him to stay. Staggs isn't always effective, but at least he always tries. Whereas we never know if Cobbo is going to show up giving a f**k or not.
