What are your neighbours like?

On one side we've got an indian family who are quite nice and quiet and on the other side they are currently building a monstous apartment complex. which i hope will be filled with more nice people.

the funny thing is if anyone on my street would be characterised as 'neighbours from hell' it would be my family. Dogs barking, people yelling, loud music all day all night. My dad turns up 2ky racing radio during the weekend and my brother pumps out heavy metal at night.

So unless you are an animal loving punter who likes listening to Godsmack you'd better not move in next to me.

I live in an apartment complex, but mine is on the ground floor and can be accessed from the street - so it has the feel of a townhouse.

On one side, there is a couple with a 2 yo son. They complained last week because my flatmate and I slam the front door, and it wakes their baby.

On the other side is a guy and a girl - probably late 20s or early 30s. I can't work out whether they are together, or if they are flatmates. The guy was hungover this morning.

That's about all I've got!

Good neighbours on one side - family of 5. 3 young fellas in their teens, so we get along ok. I'm always lennding 'em stuff and they're always bringing their mates around to meet me. Good young kids.

Other side is a different story... Middle aged couple, actually in their early 50's, worst attitudes towards other people you could think of. They do everything in their power to piss me off. I've asked them countless times to not let their dog take dumps on my lawn - keeps on happening. So a few months ago I went and had stern words with them. Now they go out of their way to be rude to me, their dog's always in my yard when I come home, they park in fron of my house so I can't, etc... But all is good, because they're retaining wall is slowly falling down underneath their house and I accidently kick a few bessa blocks loose every time I walk past it. :D

I live in an apartment complex so we have below neighbours and to one side neighbours. Beside us, I haven't met them, but my flatmate tells me its two chicks and she thinks they are lesbians, hahaha

Below us is two guys our age which is FABULOUS because they have friends over all the time and they are seriously all hot and so nice so we play stupid games like moving their welcome mat and stuff like that.

There is 8 apartments in the block, other people I see about is a couple with a baby, a male gay couple who always have one of theirs mums over, they are sooo nice, thats about it really, i'm not home alot

OH and on the other sides of our apartment is one really crazy family with too many kids, the little girl is creepy and once I saw her jumping on her trampoline at her 11 o'clock at night, was the creepiest thing i've ever seen. She just stood there staring at me jumping up and down.

the other is another set of apartments, havent met any of them but seem nice enough.

Call the pound and say there's a stray dog lurking in your yard! If the pound find out who's dog it is, they'll either get a fine, or take the dog away and they people will have to pay to get it out! :D

I live in an apartment. I really don't have any contact with any of the other people who live there, except for rarely the old lady downstairs when I have to pay body corporate fees and stuff.

I've only been living at this new place for 2 months, and if you see how my street is set out, I basically only have the one neighbour. They're cool. I've only met the dad, god damn he's tall! They're kiwi and have 4 young girls.

The neighbours at my old house were pretty cool. Except for the lady at the end of the street who was always arguing with her son who is the same age as my sister (10).

i live in a new estate, everone is really friendly, but everyone has kids around 3-8 years old, so no one my age. the gay guy who lives across the road is really nice, i had only met him 3 times before and i was walking home in the rain the other day and he drove past, so he stopped and gave me a lift. very nice! he seems to have a different guy "staying over" every week!

We pretty much keep to ourselves. I live in a semi and we're on a fairly friendly basis with the person who owns the other 'half' of our place but everyone else on our street that we were friends with has been bought out by developers.

I live in a mansion and have had the local council obliterate any buildings within a kilometre of my house.

Our old neighbour is in jail for smuggling cocaine. We use to wonder why he kept going overseas.

The Neighbours on our left are greek and seem to spend more time in Greece than in Australia. The neighbours on our right are arrogant farkwits. drive a bmw x5, gardeners etc... there daughter is hot though so it makes up for it.

My neighbours are the perfect neighbours.
One side is an elderly couple, rarely see them but they are always quiet and friendly when I do speak with them.

The other side is a group of kids who have moved from the country to play football. They have a house mum looking after them and I cannot believe that I haven't heard any noise from them!

The crappy neighbours are the ones in the naval town houses 2 doors down. I am forever hearing some women screaming and swearing at her kids.
