I'm more inclined to think he's the butt of a lot of jokes because his movies a just 2 hours of explosions with a plot that doesn't make sense

Watched A Million Ways to Die in the West last night.

Pretty meh. Some hilarious moments, but misses more than it hits. I'd so some f**king awful things to Amanda Seyfreid though.

He doesn't even make the kind of movie he makes well. It's possible to make an action movie that has a mildly coherent plot and halfway decent direction.

See, I agree with that, but even his action scenes aren't particularly good. Too much CGI and BOOM BOOM BOOM, and not enough choreography.

Watched 50 minutes of Devils Knot last night (fell asleep due to driving back from Hay the night before).

So far so good.
