Logan. Please don't go Hugh. His best portrayal of Wolverine, helped by the fact they went all out with violence and are allowed to use naughty words. Great, great movie. Got my heart racing during a few action scenes and the emotions going during others. Must see.

Just finished watching it. So good.

Agree about them going all out aswell, made the movie.

And the end really pulled at the heart strings.

Just came home from Logan myself.

Brilliant. Easily the best X-men movie outside of First Class.

The girl was brilliant considering she barely spoke for the majority of the movement.

Some f**king bitch gave away the ending as she was leaving the cinema as I was waiting to go in!

Believe me... it was the same thing I thought of as well! That's why I make sure I go to midnight sessions first.

Some asshole spoiled Episode 7 on one of my Instagram posts. To me it was no great surprise that Han died but it got some pretty nasty feedback from ppl who wanted to watch it spoiler free.

Question, if I haven't seen any Xmen films can I go and see Logan without being completely lost?

Or is it one of those films where you have to watch the whole franchise?

The Invasion (2007)

Something terrifying has come to Earth, something that attacks us while we sleep and turns us into soulless replicants. The clock is ticking as Washington D.C. psychiatrist Carol Bennell (Nicole Kidman) and her colleague Ben Driscoll (Daniel Craig) embark on a heart-stopping journey into a nightmarish world where the only way to stay alive is to stay awake. No one can be trusted. No one is safe in producer Joel Silver's bold new take on Jack Finney's classic novel The Body Snatchers.

That's hard to answer myself having seen all the films and being a fan, but I think there is a good chance you will still really enjoy the movie. It is a stand alone film not connected to any others apart from the characters themselves. It may help to know What the powers of Logan and Charles are, I didn't really notice how well they explained that during this movie, but I already know them.

I haven't watched a single X men movie since X2 and I f**king loved it. i mean I guess you'd need to know the most basic of xmen characters - as in you'll want to have some idea about who wolverine is and who Xavier is - but that's it. If you can remember a handful of x men cartoons from 20 years ago that would be enough IMO.

Perhaps seeing all the newer x men movies would have added to it but I don't feel like I was missing anything.

It's certainly not like the avengers series where every movie is just referencing the other films and setting up the next ones

If it helps I took my wife, and she thought it was great.

I find shelling out for gold class generally mellows out the better half
