Flatliners (original) - 7/10. Nice little movie with a hugely interesting and original premise + the cast to sell it; a fresh Kiefer Sutherland, Julia Roberts, Kevin Bacon, Oliver Platt and the Baldwin no-one cares about. Definitely a treat to see a lineup like that instead of a fleet of B graders.

Unfortunately, it's let down by its underwhelming revelations once they manage to enter that bridge between life and death, they could have down so much more with it.

Hearing the re-make is as blah and unwarranted as the new Total Recall, Robocop etc.

Kingsman: The Golden Circle

Absolutely brilliant! Loved it and hope they milk the franchise for all it is worth!

Just saw the worst Hollywood release of 2017....Mother! Absolute f**king tripe! Lawrence was very f**king annoying and Badiem overrated. Pfieffer and Harris' performances are the only pass marks in this movie

Ed Harris is brilliant in everything he does! Total bad ass!

Arsenal - terrible

Vinnie from Entourage isn't believeable as a tough guy and Nicholas Cage plays the single worst character in movie history

The Mummy (2017)

I don't see what everyone was whining about, I'm not sure if the Brendan Frasier films were cannon Universal Monster movies which were horror

This film was obviously action with a few comedy elements

It wasn't horrible i thought of it as a 'summer blockbuster' of much greater than a Micheal Bay level

6/10 didn't deserve to flop

Airport 75.
Got home from work today and this was on gem so ended up watching it, I love the old disaster movies but this is one is really bad, Charlton Heston growled his way through his role and kept calling Karen Black babee and honey, Helen Reddy was a singing nun, there were so many uninternational laughs, you can tell this movie inspired Flying High.

I remember when Nicholas Cage where in some great films like The Rock, Face off and my favourite Con Air
I was a massive Cage fan during the late 90's mostly because of those 3 films, even Snake Eyes and Gone in 60secs were ok, but haven't liked (or even watched) much of his stuff since.

He won the Oscar for Leaving Las Vegas which I really enjoyed(mind you I always had a thing for Elisabeth Shue).
His movies lately resemble a punch drunk fighter going into the ring one too many times. He did an awful movie with Nicole Kidman not long ago to add to his list of trash that makes his hits from the 90’s seem like they never actually happened.
