I more meant the announcement that it was free followed by the news you'd have to pay to unlock characters. A bit of a back-handed blessing.

Killer Instinct might actually work out well - if the game is for free but you have to pay top unlock characters, I can't imagine how much it will cost to unlock them all - it depends on how many characters they make and how much they charge for each, but you wouldn't think it would be that much. It must be a download-only game then.

The controls can be quite complicated because of the robotic arm and how to use it etc... IMO this can be all simplified if the character had the ability to jump!

Then it wouldn't be the same game.

Anyway. Good game, quality port, a fair bit easier than the original though.

I've got ps3.

I've been playing some of the old games on sega megadrive ultimate collection on ps3, some are pretty fun and bring back memories. Some kill the high esteem i held a few games in though.
