Finished baking the cupcakes. Unfortunately one of the pieces of my icing gun is gone so I had to use a butter knife to spread the icing so now they don't look awesome:(

I honestly don't recommend going low carb, it's much better to go moderate carbs, high protein, low carb will get you fast results, however in terms of sustainability it's generally a bust and when you go back to eating a normal amount of carbs your weight will bounce back because your body has become used to burning them more economically.

Also you want to be able to have enough room to cut a little bit of extra carbs once you hit a plateau, which will always happen.

I still have the occasional slice of toast, but I do tend to avoid carbohydrates where possible (particularly simple carbs + refined sugar). Fibre, as a complex carbohydrate, makes a reasonable portion of the diet.

wanted to make steak with black pepper sauce for dinner. But I seemed to be missing essential ingredients as well as potential substitutes for those. So, I am going to settle for steak with mixed veggies and gravy.

I didn't even have the potatoes to make jacket potatoes or mash, or veggies to steam. My pantry and fridge/freezer are pretty fail right now

can't decide whether to make Beef Stroganoff or Rogan Josh for dinner. And these aren't even my only options . Having limited options makes life so much easier ... :sarcasm:

nice.

I decided to leave my foreign cuisines for another day and make some good old fashioned steak with Worcestershire Sauce and jacket potatoes
