I'll admit it. Over the years I've spent too much $$$$$$$$$ on bullsh*t supplements. These days I only use ON whey protein, Jack3d, multi vitamin and fish oil for obvious reasons. I use to use creatine but I don't digest it well.

$75 a container. I tend to only use it when I'm not feeling motivated to go to the gym. It's like legal meth

How good is it? I cant believe the $$ i wasted on NoXplod and superpump. You dont even know you have drank it 5 mins after where the others give you that sick feeling for the next 20 mins.

I wen through a phase of jetmass creatine earlier in the year, i dunno why, waste of money. For me anyway.

just got some Jack3d from the US - $23 a tub....

www.supplementcentral.com - highly recommended. Dirt cheap, payment by paypal, and postage is no issue if you buy enough. Delivery took about a week.

fricking awesome stuff - makes you feel like you could lift a bus*

*have not tried, but assume I can not actually lift a bus.

All the heart stuff.

Fish oil for omega3 fats.
Aspirin to thin the blood.
I also take prescribed cholestrol lowering drugs and CoQ10 and magnesium for side effects of that.
Anti oxidents.

I have a bad family history of heart disease and am now at the age my grandfather, mother and brother died of heart disease, but taking all the precautions seems to have worked for me, because i've had the tests and my heart is in good shape - or maybe i got lucky in the genetic lottery - who knows.

I ordered a motherload of stuff for myself and 2 mates spent over 500 bucks and got the 50 bucks discount so postage ended up working out to only $57 something each which was ok considering the amount of stuff we each got:
*Gaspari size on
*jack3d
*true mass
*ON pro complex
*multivitamin
*shaker

even with the postage fee still saved quite abit of money
