I heard on the radio that the first 4 hours of ticket sales this morning, more tickets were sold than the entire first day last year.

Why do you assume its mainly Dogs fans purchasing the tickets?

because we are about the only sydney team in form...the grand final is in sydney...parra fans would be buying tickets as well, but mainly dogs fans IMO. I can't say that storm fans would be buying all the tickets

 Season ticket pre-release is in person or by phone only.

At the venue I was at, every person I saw and spoke to was a Bulldogs supporter.

You are the last person who should be talking about cocky arrogance.

Yeah I'm not going to buy into this argument btwn Ink and T-boy, but no one knows who everyone who brought tickets were supporting. Hell, there could have even been a few Newcastle fans as well. Fact is, no one knows for sure an certain. St George fans as well?

lol i just couldnt see that many saints and parra fans buying tickets after what happened to them last year, particularly when there are 2 red hot teams in the storm and bulldogs. And as T said, there appears to have been many bulldogs supporters there. at Ink saying im cocky because i said dogs fans would be buying GF tickets..of course they would be..a blind man would know that.

Did you expect Storm fans like myself to go up to Sydney to line up for tickets?

I got Bay 140, 20 something rows back, I dunno Mum didn't write down the row number when she took the phone over because the lady needed to speak to the owner of the credit card to finalise the details.

Its pretty good so far. I heard that they sold more tickets in the first 4 hours of sales this year than the entire first day last year. Assuming that not many fans will be arranging to travel from Melbourne, that is extremely good considering there is only 2 sydney teams really in contention. At this stage last year there was at least 4 sydney teams with a good chance. Thats where the "arrogance" comes from Inky.

You can't knock Bulldogs supporters for being confident...at least we will have our tickets (saying we get there) when the 14,000 odd spared tickets are fought for between fans. Unlike last year when 90% of them went to Tigers fans, and the ridiculous prices that people were paying for tickets on ebay.
