If I were Tigers I would go all in on Foran and Cronk. Split what you offered Woods, Moses and Teddy down the middle, minus $100k for a minimum wage replacement (Flash Gordon at fullback maybe) and give them both $1.4m or whatever it works out to be.

If you get either one. Great. Partner them with Brooks. If you managed both:

6. Brooks
7. Cronk
13. Foran

Then hopefully get Matulino cheap to boost the pack. That replaces the star power lost and gives fans some hope. Crowds might not suffer if you could do that.

No way are we buying both Cronk and Foran, let alone playing Foran at lock...

The best you could hope for is signing either Cronk/Foran/Widdop and then signing Hayne hoping he can recapture his best form. Those two signings will basically knock out Woods and Teddy's contracts then you still have a decent chunk of cash to splash out on a couple other quality players.

Tough pill to swallow losing Teddy but i'm pleased the club's finally getting shit done now that Cleary's here. Rebuilding starts now and the sooner we have an idea of who's on our books for next year, the better.

I think that this is a really good step forward for the club. It sucks that we've lost Tedesco. That hurts. It'll be interesting the squad we develop over the next couple of years.
