I just like geeing up their fans because they suddenly think that because they're finishing 10th every year consistently, as opposed to finishing 16th every year consistently like they used to do, they're building towards a premiership. Instead of looking at their club in comparison to other clubs and respective rosters and on field performances, Souths fans seem more keen on comparing the 'New Souths' to their previous 20 years of woeful mediocrity and therefore see their current squad as world beaters.

I think I speak for everyone here when I say that I feel horribly sad for South Sydney fans like you when some inmates in the maximum security wing of a mental asylum start pretending to be Souths fans.
