I tend to disagree for 2 reasons.

1) I have never seen him use footwork to beat a player, or create anything for himself. He is a finisher, and a good 1.

2) His last year, he had a 2 on 1, with Sau backing up on the inside, and he threw the ball about 6m forward.

Finisher, nothing more, nothing less.
