Who should be the Parramatta Eels Captain?

I know Cayless isn't a bad captain but i think there should be a new one.
Hindmarsh is my pick. He's a NSW and Australian reresentitive plus he seems like a leader.

Cayless and WaGOn I dont believe have the repsect of the referees. Hindy hands down. But the pressure of being captain may lower is preformances.

Hindmarsh has enough on his plate, then to worry about the captaincy. Let him concentrate on what he does best. Cayless should keep the job but the next best option IMO would be Wade Mckinnon.

The best I have seen Vella play, v Brisbane 2002 Semi Final he had the (c) beside his name. Might make a difference.....

Nah mate no need to apologise - I probably should have elaborated.

I feel that MAYBE giving him the extra responsibility would pull that finger out of his ear and enable him to find consistent top gear.

If there had to be a change i'd say Hindy should be captain. Cayless is a good leader though. He's led the club for years and his country on top of that.
