To be honest I don’t think it is really a choke, most people said at the start of the season that the dragons have this ability to play a high standard of football constantly but at the back end of the season when other teams lift the dragons can’t seem to go with them, maybe that is starting to show.

They ran out of legs last year..... And anyone who has played the game knows you take your training effort and form into a game. I think we're being nursed at training and it shows during the game. I have little doubt that Wayne will start to fire things up over the next couple of weeks......

What they are essentially saying is that they know that their team isn't as good and the only reason that they won was because Saints beat themselves by choking..

You would think they would be more concerned about recognising and praising the efforts of their team instead of saying they are not good enough to actually beat Saints with help.

Personally, I rather praise my team and all those young men who aimed up against the team who's still the benchmark of the comp.
The usual suspects in Locky, Thaiday, Folau and Parker were there, but what about Hoffman, Yow Yeh, Glenn and Gillett. Our future is looking bright, even more so with Hodgo on the verge of coming back.

If the chooks go into their game with the Dragons even remotely thinking about this choking business, they might find themselves wondering what hit them so hard!

I have seen many since last night.. Same as after the finals game last year, i was amazed at how quick many of them were to make the choke claim when it was simply a case of the better team won on the night.

Courier mail is even doing a poll about the Dragons choking.

Scoring more than you let in is not a bad thing.

The attack is definately an issue right now, fortunately they have a month to get it right, if both aspects of their game were going badly then they would be in real trouble.

Meh, another loss. The real comp starts in 5 weeks time. Plenty of time till then. At least we have qualified, although they way we are playing it won't do us much good. No need to panic.
