I have a bad feeling Mary won't be sacked. Instead he'll be promoted and given a cushy job as director of coaching and a seat on the Board, He will continue to interfere with whoever gets the coaching gig, to the detriment of the team.

So buckle yourself up for 2021 with the current situation still the norm but as we will be at rock bottom the ride will be far less bumpy as all expectation will be long gone as will some of our promising junior talent who this time will not wait around like others did and they will secure opportunities elsewhere.

Yes, Millward and Mary should be made to earn their keep. As soon as things get a little difficult they just give up and go for the easy way out. The Club needes to be compensated.

Agreed - pretty much nothing will change until McGregor is moved aside. Have seen nothing to suggest that a change will happen this side of 2021. Unfortunately, that's another wasted pre-season coming up.

A few (but not all) things that should be happening right now:

- Interim coach should be installed. Search for new head coach to take over at 1st November (we can't wait around for Flanno to have his ban lifted).

- I'm happy for Hunt to stay, but he is our number 9 for the rest of his existence in the Red V.

- Norman out (benched for the rest of the year unless injuries, to be released for 2021), Sullivan in.

- If Clune or Sullivan get injured at any stage the rest of the year, then Sailor or Norman for cover (don't use Hunt back in the halves).

Happy for Saab to be released, but what are Mary & Millward doing to ensure we get an astute replacement in return (given that he is contracted until 2022)? For example, if Souths are on the short-list, why not try to to do a swap deal to get Johnston across now?

I know it's a bold statement, but it's so frustrating seeing the likes of the Roosters go outside the box for SBW, the Storm do similar to get Leutele in for the rest of the year, and now the Knights doing a last minute swoop for Blake Green. Sure, we can't really say the club is doing nothing (as we don't know what is going on behind the scenes), but they certainly don't do anything to instill confidence that positive moves are being made to point the club back in the right direction. Is our salary cap in that much of a mess that we have no flexibility??

They might as well bring the fraud squad in to do a thorough investigation. I’m sure there will be enough evidence to lay charges against not only some players but coaching staff, the Board and others.

He has huge potential, which means that supporters who are starved for success pin their hopes on him to change the fortunes of the team.

The same fickle fans will be marching with their pitchforks if he isn’t at the level of Tedesco in his first season.

Doesn’t matter where the highlights are from. They are against opposition who at the time are his equals. Doesn’t always translate but there is a good chance it will. He’s fast, not afraid to contest high balls, and can pass. These attributes won’t change. Once he puts on a bit of muscle and hopefully is given a decent shot to build I’m confident he will be very handy. Hopefully people on here don’t constantly death ride him every time he misses one tackle or drops one ball though. He will have bad games like everyone.
