eels v raiders would be nice
You will likely get that in week 2
Said the roosters at the start of the year and I’m sticking with that. They’re the team to beat IMO.
Good thing we've done it twice this year
because you'll all love this matchup
Except I think Roosters in the GF .
A nice FU to the naysayers (mostly Gould, and a fair few on here)
"I dont even see a top 4 finish" - Gus Gould 2020
Melbourne or Penrith now.
Melbourne for me.
well im sure your all happy It can no longer be a Roosters Storm GF
If raiders win over the roosters im a bit worried about facing them, they always seem to get the better of us - hopefully they and the chooks batter eachother up
Imagine being triggered by Gould in 2020.
Possible remaining Grand Final match ups.
Penrith/Parramatta/Souths/Newcastle vs Melbourne/Roosters/Canberra.
On the plus side, there will be a team in the GF who haven't been in the Grand Final for a while.
Some good match ups for Penrith. Decent rivalry with the Roosters and Raiders. Parra v Roosters also good for the east/west match up.
Souths/Roosters would realise the NRL's wet dream that we spoiled in 2014.
Panthers vs Storm looking most likely. Roosters vs Raiders will be brutal. Panthers have the easier side of the draw imo.
It’s going to be tough to go past a well rested Panthers and Storm in 2 weeks. From there, flip a coin
That pales in comparison to souths ruining that for themselves in 2013 when up 16-0 in a prelim or whatever it was.
Its not just Gould
Pretty much every year since Cronk left we've heard "this is the end of the Storm's dominance", "they won't make the top 4", etc etc.
But every year we prove them wrong
And Its not being triggered, I couldn't give 2 f**ks if other people despise the Storm, makes it all the more better every time we win
Only the Panthers or Storm can win it from here.
That'll definitely be the GF match up.
I think the Panthers will make the GF and lose
The premiers will be one of Storm/Roosters/Raiders
