Back to the original point of this thread - those of you who have met other members you didn't know before; what did you call each other upon meeting, real names or forum nicknames? I know it's a silly question but i was just wondering.

I had the pleasure of meeting Willow and QLD dragon. I had talked to Willow previously and knew his christian name and when I met QLD dragon Willow introduced me as Johnsy but I told him my christian name and vice versa. I am hoping to get to met a few more at a couple of the games at the new cauldron, especially the drags game.

It depends I guess. If I met you I'd call you all sorts of names but Steve would probably stick.

I get called Willow even by people who don't go on the internet because it's relates to my surname and has been my nickname since school. When I meet folk from the forums, its about 50/50 nickname/christian name. A few call me shithead.

A really good thread.
I was just thinking it would be fantastic if we all could meet somewhere all at the one time. I know its not possible, but an entertaining thought anyway.

GavBt and Kev have always been some of my favourites who I would love to meet.
Johnsy .....thanks for the mention.....and I would also like to meet the female members of this forum as well.

The only member I have met so far from the forums is Pepe...who's a great guy and MelTiger....though he didn't know who I was at the time.
