had to bring in the religion thing didnt you!?!?!?!?

anyways, hope you sharkies fans show up and support your team.
btw, leave the bulldogs supporters alone and they'll leave you.

Is that what the fans said to the Channel 7 cameraman before they smacked him in the back of the head????????

Or the copper when they threw a full can that hit him in the mouth.

The Dog's Musso fans are dogs.

Hope they get their little heads kicked in by some bloke who is sick of their shit.

I won't be going to the game for the simple fact that I do not enjoy the prospect of abuse from the bulldog supporters - they have an extraorinary large number of aggros when compared to other teams. And when they get in that pack mantality it can get extremely dangerous. They have shown that they have no respect for authority or anyone else. I feel sorry for those decent bulldog supporters.

I will be there McSharkie correct.
Going with bulldog fans :) shall be fun, they are lebanese yeah but they are great blokes and love watching the footy so im looking for a good night of sledging and good football, shall be top stuff.

Can you do me a favour Lolesi? I take it these guys aren't the type we are talking about, they must be good blokes if you are going to hang around with them. I know the majority of Lebanese are normal law abiding. Ask them why they don't do something about the bad eggs. It would be alot easier coming from one of their own heritage. That's how society works. The good people in that community sort out the bad ones. What do ya reckon?

As much as I would love to get into this discussion,I think I'll stay out of it due to my Religious beliefs....
I'll just stick with what Shire Shark had to say....
Be safe too all those who are going though. :D

Can't help myself.....Would'nt it be nice if people believed in themselves before they believed in myths and legends??? The world would be a much bettery place me thinks. :)

The showground sucks

I hope no one was seriously too intimidated to go. It is true that some fans give shit to other teams supporters but if you stay in a group you'll be right. Or alternatively go with a group of bulldogs supporters to protect you :p

I went, but the place is very intimidating. Its also a terrible place to watch football, so those who didn't go, didn't miss much. And bloody expensive if you get there early. $12 parking for 2 games of footy. There were very few Cronulla supporters there, maybe around 50 in the whole general entry section. But for once I'm not annoyed at our lack of travelling support, very understandable. I made sure I was quick to escape at the completion of the game, so at least I didn't have to deal with any of the gangs in their so called army. They are based in the furthest place in the ground, when it comes to leaving.

If we'd won, it would have been very scary.

I agree. I am glad I didn't have to get on a train after the game. I think there were no trains due to track work which is probably the cause of the pitiful crowd. 9000 or slightly more. I was never a target for anyone despite wearing my sharkies jersey proudly.
