If it is done it must be done properly and with dignity. The Wallabies abandoned the Corroboree quite early after the captain Dr Paddy Moran refused to take part; "We have taken everything from these wretched people and now we humiliate them with a farce"

That's the key, the Moran fellow was ahead of his time...

Until relatively recently (mid-late 80's) I am pretty sure the All Blacks only did the haka away from NZ, and then did it badly... as a kid I only remember the Kiwis doing them after a win - and again badly...

Buck Shelford changed it to a more serious business, and perhaps the time is right in Australia too?
