We’ve been good the last 6 weeks against good opposition. Our balls start to the season with a soft draw is why we’re so low on the ladder. Play with the effort we have recently all year long and we’d of won 2 or 3 more games and been in the hunt for the 8.

I read this much into it: he is your greatest ever a of influential with the other old boys and long term club officials. Some of his team mates are in management or board or coaching positions within the Knights. Joey's thoughts are therefore influential, even if it's an undercurrent.

What? There are zero of his teammates on the board or in management positions. Danny Buderus has a few bit part jobs at the club that he does part time with another job but nothing with any influence.

Joey makes calls all the time in the media about who should get selected but the club pay zero attention to it. If it were up to Joey our main half the last 2 years would have been Will Pryce lol.

He’s usually wrong in is player appraisals for all clubs but anyone can see Sharpe is a gun and would get a run at most clubs. His selection has nothing to do with Joey rating him.
