Has anyone ever in the history of the world ever actually lost weight/got fit with Wii Fit?
Don't get me wrong, i love the balance games, and the lunges and squats are good - but i use it mostly to keep track of my goals and progress, rather then relying on it to shift the weight.
Is there any tips/suggestions for how to get the most out of it?
