While I am thinking of it, Phil Gould has retained the world title of biggest knob jockey, FMD he is the most biased dillbrain on commentary.

He has gone beyond trying to talk it up, to being a boody nuisnace, and an ex Dogs coach who only sees good in the Rorters and the Dogs, idiot

The fat prick has been proven wrong all year. You can see why the papers give it to him.

Earlier in the year Gould was all over the Dragons like fleas on an ape but tonight it was the dogs. Next week who knows and the GF, well that's anybodies guess. He's a farkwit of the highest order.

On Hayne - what was he supposed to do? It's okay for Gould and all to look at the slow motion replays but in real time what was he to do or where should he go. He just cannot stop in full flight or disappear.

Ok, worse case scenario and Hayne gets suspended.

Here's my backline for next week:

1. Krisnan Inu

2. Luke Burt
3. Jono Wright
4. Joel Reddy
5. Eric Grothe

If Hayne gets cited/suspended over that, that will be the end of players coming in at full speed too try and stop a try being scored, may as well let them cross untouched.

He will get charged and still play. He was going in full speed, got his timing wrong and tried to pull out by turning his legs in. It would have been far worse if he left his legs out. There was no way Jarryd could have pulled out of that collision. He was going for the ball but his timing was out. The judiciary need to watch this at normal speed over and over again. He will play next week.

My thoughts are that if Hayne is suspended, then Slater would be charged every week. Nothing in it, and if Hannant didn't lay down to get the penalty rhen nothing there either.

These video refs are a complete joke most of the time

Slater has gone on report for it before..

Doesn't look good imo. I'd expect him to be charged.

are Grothe and Hayne doing some kind of synchronised dance?

I would have to agree, and let me state i am not a parra supporter, I like them as have been involved in junior league in the parra district, so not jumping on bandwagon now, but he was in love with dragons and bulldogs.

hayne didn't lead with his knees, his leading knee was pulled back, it was actually his trailing knee that caught goodwin, and that knee was tucked back to try and avoid contact, hayne made a conscious effort to avoid contact, there in no intent, and hayne has demonstrated care.

he has to get off or he will miss the grand final, even if he pleads guilty. regardless of carry over points, the grade 1 demerits are;

kicking 200
dropping knees 200
contrary conduct 125 <---- this is the one i think gibbs got done for.

It will be a blight on the GF and the game if he does get suspended.

I thought it was a bit careless but also just one of those things that happen. He tried to keep his feet out of it but farked it up in the proccess.

From an unbiased observer. Lucky to be an 8 point try, and he will only be charged if accepting guilty means he can play. There is no way they will rub him out for what was at worse a clumsy effort.
