Why is Cogger so bad here when Panthers would want him back, they have won four on trot, we have made top 8 a few times, he is so hated here that we want Gamble a 5/8 to play 7 in place of him.
Hard to justify the love and the hate, yes Cogger is not a big player, fill in, but happy to see him go, but do Panthers need him, he is a local and will likely see out his contract and fade into our past.
Cant believe any side, especially Panthers chasing him

I doubt the Panthers would actually be chasing him. I think a few Penrith fans look at Cogger with rose coloured glasses because he was along for the ride when that incredible side was flying. I think their powers that be know he wouldn’t be offering anymore than their current halves currently though.

A shame cause Pryce seems like a nice kid, just didn't have what it takes for the NRL. Should kill it in England though!

Yeah this one disappoints me a lot. It is no secret I have huge opinion of Will as a player. I hope he goes on to be a superstar in the Superleague and comes back as an English representative of note.

Wouldn't expect any movement on Brown unless one of Hastings or Brailey are able to be moved on, and even then who knows if Parra really want him gone early. Fans do but fans are emotional, and the other halves options he's been paired with so far aren't going to get them any further than Brown can. Doubt the Raiders are that keen on getting Brailey early either, they've got enough hookers as is.

Yeah his defence is really poor. He didn’t get shown up too badly in FG individually but there was definitely a lot of compensation from the players around him to protect him going on. Gagai in particular got burnt a few times which just doesn’t happen trying to defend too far in to protect Pryce. I wouldn’t say his defence is any worse than Cogger’s, but Cogger shouldn’t be in FG either.

His attack and defence is much better suited to the super league so I think this will be good for him. I do think he’s a fullback though despite playing more games in the halves before moving here. I hope that’s where Hull play him as I don’t think he reads the game well enough to be a good half.

Edit: and just as we expected, releasing Pryce is already copping criticism that we’re releasing a “young gun” for Brown. Pryce would be being moved on regardless of whether we signed Brown or not.

Reportedly, Dragons King-Togia been chased by Knights not a good thing for our future players, signed Brown 8-10 years then this, if I was playing Flegg as a half back I’d be looking elsewhere

Anyone see/hear Paul Kent's podcast? Apparently, we do have enough cap space to bring Brown? April 1st is a date where half the player's salary is given, we have $200k from Pryce left, $300k in cap space and Brown would only cost $450k for the rest of the year? If it's true, let's get him in this week!
