He hasn't rulled it out yet, but IMO he's too old to come back now. He'll be 33 next year. Although there may be a shortage of talented five-eighths in the game, this guy himself told Mason to choose "one or the other" (boxing or league).

As a first rate boxer, the odds are that he'd still be fit enough to play rugby league and I think he could make a useful 5/8

Boxing is one of the most physically demanding sports in the world.

Of course the impacts are on different parts of the body in league.

A shock return would create a lot of interest.
