One look at social media will suggest to you that Starc’s biggest critic in recent times has been Warne.


What’s often overlooked is that Warne has been happy to give credit where it has been due over the summer, and says it’s pleasing to see Starc “get his mojo back”.

But Starc made it clear after receiving the AB Medal that he doesn’t share a relationship with Warne, and isn’t “interested at all” in what he has to say about his bowling.

When asked if he’s spoken to Warne, Starc only offered: “What would you like me to speak to him about?”

Pressed further, he added of Warne’s critique: “It doesn’t interest me at all. He’s entitled to his opinion.

“I’m just going to go about my cricket the way I’d like to, and I’ve got my family support networks and I get to play cricket with some of my best mates, so I’m pretty comfortable with where I’m at.”

Time women's test matches went to 5 days, or at the very least have a reserve day as the 5th day

Something like 30 out of the last 50 women's tests have been draws, majority of those you get a result if there was a 5th day

They don't play a lot of test cricket, a lot of them have the ability to play long innings, making 5th day even more suitable
