Pakis not in the same class, that was an arse whooping.

Their batting was pretty poor, they kept backing away from Darcie Brown's pace.

Just so much depth in the Aussie team right now, not even missing Healy.

Not sure belting a poor Pakistan side is great preparation for the WC in South Africa

In the meantime India-South Africa-West Indies women are about to play a tri-series in South Africa
All of those teams are a lot more dangerous than Pakistan, and will have far better preparation

we're only using a couple of batsmen and Healy hasn't had a hit either

we should either bat first or pick someone else to open if we bat second

Yup

As much as we like Litchfield, she isnt even in the T20 WC squad (admittedly she is playinG ODI)
Not sure it would be wise to play her in the upcoming 3 T20 v Pakis, even if Healy still isnt right to play

Australia’s T20 World Cup squad: Meg Lanning (c), Alyssa Healy (vc), Darcie Brown, Ashleigh Gardner, Kim Garth, Heather Graham, Grace Harris, Jess Jonassen, Alana King, Tahlia McGrath, Beth Mooney, Ellyse Perry, Megan Schutt, Annabel Sutherland, Georgia Wareham

I think I read on Twitter the other day that she has been playing in the WBBL since she was 16 so I don't think she'll be far off

oh shit yeah she will be a gun next 12-15 years, is only 19yo

Only really started to fire consistantly in BBLW last season, but been brilliant for the NSW blues

The U/19 Women are doing pretty well at the moment too. Gave India a thrashing last week.

U19WC

We are 2nd on the super 6 table (group 1) with a great run rate. (India are first with a better RR)

However if either Bangers smash UAE (which they should) OR SA smash SL (which they should) then they could get the better Run rate into second spot, means we are out and cant qualify for the SEMI finals. If both have massive wins then India is out as well. Both games tonight from 1045pm

Semi finals on the 27/1
FINAL on the 29/1

U19 WC

SA just beat SL by 1 run, not enough and are out of the comp

Bangers v UAE are actually playing tonight 1045pm.
UAE have the worst NRR from all the 12 sides. So chance Bangers could win big here, not good for us

If we remain 2nd we will either play NZ or England in the semi final, pends what happens in that group. England should beat WI and go to top spot, so we would play them
