You think that domestic violence is funny?

That’s something we should all have a good chuckle over?

I get that you’re a troll and you get your jollies from posting in other teams groups, but this is a pretty sick point of view.
If you clutch pearls long enough, do they turn into diamonds? Asking for my girlfriend.

If your girlfriend or boyfriend or non-binary friend abused you, I would not laugh on a personal level.

It is a fact though that people find stereotypes funny. I fall under a few stereotypes myself but Im secure enough in my own skin to realise that it is the internet and its not a personal attack.
Well good for you. Certain areas are no go areas. Personally speaking I wouldn't go that low, that's me

Absolute rubbish....no post he made was directed at you regarding dv. If he targeted you directly, then he should absolutely piss off. That was obviously an attempt at crude humour, not a personal attack on you. Good that you are on the mend.

Does it matter where it is directed? Some topics you don't joke about. I find it in poor taste personally. It's the individuals choice I guess if they feel it may upset someone and wether or not they care.

The biggest suprise in the game for me was how easily they handled To'o. He barely made any inroads.
He didn’t have an incisive game but the TV crew said that he passed 200m approaching the end. I think the reasons were numerous; they had an absolutely great kicking game (and on the TV they said they had the wind in both half’s!!), backed up by a high quality kick chase, it was quite a slow PTB and I don’t think Critta generates the same momentum that Dylan does for the second tackle runs.

Overall, while disappointing to lose we did so to a really good team. And that bald hooker is almost my age; I struggle to get up in the morning and he churned out 70-odd minutes at hooker that was as good as Api last year!! Worthy WCCs; they outplayed us at Pantherball!!

To lose by a point in a game we didn't take too seriously was a pretty good effort, i mean if we wanted to really win that game, dylan edwards plays every day of the week, i mean the 21 GF he played with a broken foot, this was a precautionary lay off, so yeah, means critta in at centre, dylan makes more tackle busts, we would generally get more momentum... i happy that Penrith coaches still kept the other guys out of it, as in the end, it was the right call, fancy if we had Sorrenson, Edwards, Martin and Luke all injured along with the season ending Tiny, all to win the world club challenge trophy, instead of going for a fourth GF, and possible 3peat

You're on another planet when you say that we didn't take the game seriously. The players came back from their brek early to be able to play.

No doubt the players wanted to play and win, but the team selections were clearly made with Rnd 1 in mind.

I feel like we tried to win the game and be tip top for Rnd 1.

If this was a NRL final series, I’m betting they all play.

The game was played in appalling conditions which favoured StHelens given they play in similar conditions most weeks, even if in conditions not quite so bad.

There were other factors at play, which if I listed them would probably sound like sour grapes or making lame excuses but at the same time they were significant contributing factors.

St Helen’s deserved there win, we need to move on.

No they shouldn't of and and they didn't.. Saints did and are World Club Champions!!!!
World Cup Champions....not sure why they call it that when only two nations compete, but yeah, they won, congratulations to them.

I think we did ok considering it's played in our preason with 6 of our premiership winning team missing. The boys did well to bring it back from 10 - 0 to 12 - 12 and only get beaten by 1 point.

Let's put things in perspective for one minute. The Poms are cheering they are the best in the "world". Didn't Australia just win the real World Cup? Did England play in final? They didn't even play Australia or New Zealand at any time in the comp and still couldn't make the final.

It is fact that English players come and play in NRL to lift their game to next level and Australians play in the English League when they can't get a contract in NRL or are ageing and at the end of their careers to put some $$ in the bank for retirement.

That game is done and as I said, congratulations the them, I'm sure they will continue to bask in their tittle of "World Cup Champions" for some time.

Us on the other hand prepare for war, going into battle in the toughest and most elite Rugby League competition in the world. I for one am excited to see what is ahead for us even with our so called "weakened team" this year.

Never lose sight of the end prize.

Let's go Panthers 🐾🐾
