CONCACAF should be 1.5 those teams are straight up garbage. It's designed to give the seppo's a free ride to make money in that market though

Agreed. The confederation has been given extra spots just to ensure that the USA never miss a World Cup. On form, they wouldn't, but there'll be a time when there's a lull and FIFA cannot afford to have their biggest source of TV revenue miss the tournament.

Meaning Portugal, Greece, Croatia, and Ukraine will be seeded, while France, Sweden, Romania, and Iceland will be unseeded.

Colombia, Switzerland, Belgium and possibly Uruguay are all seeded for the World Cup. There's going to be some serious group stage action next year.

Brazil, Germany, Spain and Argentina are the other seeded teams with Netherlands next in line if Uruguay don't qualify.

Australia currently the lowest ranked of the qualifying nations. Seems about right tbh.

Although I do think we're a better side than a few above us. Iran, for one.

Best case scenario would be something like Switzerland, Greece, and a weak African team.

Worst would be Germany, Ghana and Netherlands (assuming Uruguay qualifies).

Switzerland would tear the living shit out of us as would any of the other seeded teams.

I'd love to get drawn with Uruguay. They'll fist us just as bad as France and Brazil but at least there's rivalry there.
