To move on to something positive to look foward too.

Then Manu had a grade 2 calf tear.
Had something similar with 6 week off running and on a bike. Should hopefully s make the team.

When are names added to the squad?
8 teams eliminated this weekend must be some times soon

Read yesterday Dylan Walker tried to get a clearance to play for NZ but had it knocked back
Not that I want him but adds to the B/S of one type of Poly player being allowed to switch backwards and forwards and another not.

Also, looking at that draw I worry we'll be a bit underdone leading into the finals, wish we had a Samoa, Tonga, Fiji, England or even PNG in our pool.

yeah you’re right there, don’t discount Lebanon though, they were a couple of dodgy ref decisions away from beating Tonga in the Quarters last World Cup, was a great game. They had Farah then, but Douehi and Moses in the halves can threaten

Ireland can put out a pretty decent side too, mostly Super League players with Luke Keary confirmed and a few other NRL players eligible. Not sure who will play yet but Finucane, Curran, Harper, Nikorima brothers & Joliffe are a few who are eligible from the NRL.

I think international league seriously misses Great Britain, with the accompanying official tours.

Call me old school but, yeah, give me Henderson Gill's try celebration during their winning 3rd test in the '88 Ashes at the SFS over any convulated World Cup.

Needs players to be paid the same no matter what country they play for. A bit socialist but we need to catch up to union here.

SJ side stepping through England with win semi was pretty special.

Not much beats 2008 though.

God bless Billy!

JWH with a 3-4 week ban. Can’t see him getting picked for Kiwi’s now. Always funny how NZ gets hit with this at international time. Probably looking to rub Joey Tapene and Fisher Harris out as well if they get the chance. Might have to employ Talan May’s “the fans want to see him play” defence. Lol
