I don’t know why they don’t just go for it and steal the GB design but slightly modify it to Navy. White with Red & Navy chevrons and trim. I imagine RFL has all the rights to the GB brand anyway so I don’t see an issue.

I think that’s ok tbh. I like the chevron rather than st George cross and it matches the colours of England in other sports

That was a lovely design and a good (and I hate using this word) brand !

The more I see the England kit the more I hate it! They’re trying to lean on the England soccer brand and it’s a horrible failure. You watch England will win it and we’ll be stuck with seeing pics of that abomination forever more!

Like I said they should have had red & navy if they want to try navy out. Red or navy shoulders with navy & red chevrons.

There is no good reason to have navy at all, like you said those are the GB lions colours, not England’s brand.

I do agree, but also having one red & one navy V would be a way to bypass the “it looks like St Helens” argument without slapping a cross on it.

GB is royal blue so different enough still IMO, especially if shoulders are red.

They've basically come out and said "The manufacturer said blue sells really well, and we don't want people to think it looks like a St Helens shirt"
