well the green and gold is original! Like you literally have a blank piece of paper to design a first ever RLWC jersey, and they picked the Kangaroos template? Sheesh.

Well it's not like they have a lot of wiggle room when it comes to colours. Brazilian sporting teams wear gold as their primary top colour, with green usually the secondary and then use green or blue for their shorts / pants.

Basketball, Football, Volleyball, Olympics, even Cricket use the same template, so its understandable that the Brazilian Rugby League has followed the same template.

As for the twin V, it might be boring, but it's also what the Men's & Women’s teams have been wearing for the past 5 years at least.

I can understand why they have kept with it, especially as RL has been getting more and more mainstream coverage in the country, so they are sticking with a brand, even if it is very Jillaroo-ish

Statements from Brazil Rugby Union player, Antonio Martoni, on ESPN saying he thinks RL will take over in the next few years definitely helps.

I do like how both look distinctly like Greece, although I have no idea which one they can wear against a Blue England and achieve enough contrast.

I would imagine they would go with their home (blue base) with blue shorts as England will be wearing white shorts. I agree, it's not an ideal match-up but there should be enough contrast.
