Word is with the loyalty program the club has no way of determining just how long people have been members for as theyve admitted their record keeping is crappola...we'll probably end up with 7000, seven year members even though we probably had only 3000 back in 2007

At no point did they mention an auto-renewal system until I got an email from them on the 9th October. I haven't checked my email in a while and now its apparently too late to change my membership. I'm not going to be in the damn country in 2015.
Do we have a leg to stand on in terms of cancelling our membership?
2013 is the missing year....we didnt even get a members badge that year.5 years for me. Been a member since 2009, but wasn't in 2013.
And by the sounds of it they are only counting consecutive years. So my 5 years will appear as 2....
